Step 1:

Print Selection
Please make sure to carefully complete all the required input boxes on the form before proceeding. Take your time to provide accurate information in each field. It is important to double-check the data you enter to ensure its correctness. Once you have filled out all the necessary information, click the 'Submit' button to submit your form. Please note that incomplete or partial submissions may lead errors and will not allow advancing to the next page.

A list containing all permissible entries are as follows:
  • VIN Number: Enter a valid VIN number that is 17 digits long
  • Phone Number: Enter desired phone number.
  • Number of labels: Enter desired labels printed per set.

Step 2:

Print Confirmation
Before pressing 'Submit', please review the entered data to ensure its accuracy. Verify that all details are correctly spelled and formatted. Taking the time to review and validate the information will help avoid potential errors or delays in processing your labels. Once you are confident that everything is correct, click the 'Print' button to proceed.

A list containing all permissible entries are as follows:
  • Top Text:Ensure the field is correctly shown.
  • Bottom Text:Ensure phone number is valid and correct.
  • Amount of labels printed:Ensure the amount of sets and labels are correct.

Step 3:

Print Pop Up
A new page will appear (as shown above) make sure all print settings are correct, these will be indicated in print set up portion, and click print to start printing.

Step 1:



Detailed Steps to access printing Preferences:
  1. Click on the "Start" button located in the bottom left corner of your screen. This will open the Start menu.
  2. In the Start menu, locate and click on the "Settings" icon. It resembles a gear and is usually placed above the Power button.
  3. The Settings window will open, displaying various categories. Look for the "Devices" category and click on it.
  4. Within the Devices settings, you will find a sidebar on the left side of the window. Scroll down and click on the "Printers & scanners" option.
  5. After clicking on "Printers & scanners," the main panel will display all the installed printers and scanners on your computer.
  6. Select the printer you have chosen to print the labels from.
  7. Here, you can then access Printing Preferances.


Step 2:



Detailed Steps to create new stock form:
  1. Click on the 'New' button in the stock portion of form
  2. Make sure to select size and width for your indicated labels. (4.00 by 1.5 for the caltex labels)
  3. Select continuous if there is no gap between labels
  4. Write a prefered name for this new stock and select "OK' to save.




Detailed Steps to create new preset:
  1. Select 'Portrait' in the Orientation portion of form.
  2. Select 'Mirror Image' in the Effects portion of form
  3. Click on the 'Manage' button in the Preset porion and create a new preset
  4. Click apply to finalize form and set these settings as default
